About

Our Founder
I have spent more than 30 years working with leaders in moments that require clarity, steadiness, and discernment.
As a former CEO, principal, and leadership coach, I have supported executives, Executive Directors, and senior leaders navigating complexity, visibility, and pressure at high levels.
Across those experiences, a consistent pattern emerged.
Leaders are not limited by a lack of capability.
They are limited by what they cannot yet see about how they are seeing their situation.

The Focus Of This Work
This work is not about adding more strategies or refining performance.
It is about examining how your experience is being formed.
How you see yourself.
What you believe is true.
What things mean to you in real time.
Because this is what shapes how you lead.
Identity shapes belief.
Belief shapes meaning.
Meaning shapes choice.
Choice shapes results.
When this structure is not visible, leaders can continue to perform at a high level while experiencing internal tension, uncertainty, or subtle misalignment.

How This Approach Developed
Over time, it became clear that more reflection does not always create clarity.
At a certain point, it reinforces the same way of seeing.
This is why many leaders can think something through, talk it through, and still not feel fully settled.
The issue is not effort.
It is that the lens shaping the experience has not been examined.
This work developed as a response to that gap.
Why This Works
Early in my leadership, I experienced moments that made it clear that what leaders carry is not always visible.
Moments where what was happening externally could not be separated from how it was being experienced internally.
Those experiences shaped how I began to understand leadership.
Not just as something expressed through action,
but as something formed through how we see, interpret, and relate to what is happening around us.

What Guides This Work
This approach is grounded in a simple premise.
People do not respond directly to reality.
They respond to what their situation means to them.
And that meaning is shaped by belief.
Belief is anchored in identity.
By making visible what is shaping how you are seeing your situation,
the root of the experience becomes clear.
From there, leadership becomes more coherent.
Grounding Of This Work
While this work is centered in the lived experiences of Black leaders and informed by African-centered perspectives, it is open to anyone who is ready to examine how they are seeing and interpreting their experience.
This work is for experienced leaders who are capable, trusted, and operating at a high level.
Leaders who have stepped into greater responsibility or visibility and notice a shift in how their leadership is experienced internally.
Leaders who are not looking for more input, but are ready to examine the lens they have been relying on.
This is not traditional coaching.
It is not strategy-first.
It is a focused, high-trust space to examine how you are experiencing yourself in leadership.
Not to fix.
Not to perform.
But to see clearly.
And from that clarity, lead in a way that feels aligned and steady.
