Jacquelyn Lemon has spent more than two decades helping leaders navigate complexity, lead meaningful change, and strengthen the people and organizations they serve.
A former CEO, principal, executive coach, and founder of SAGE Wisdom™, Jacquelyn brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across education, nonprofit organizations, and executive leadership.
Certified in Blended Coaching, her approach combines strategic thought partnership with reflective coaching, adapting to what leaders need most in the moment. Over time, the work becomes increasingly self-directed as leaders strengthen their own clarity, confidence, and capacity.
Known for creating grounded spaces where leaders can think honestly, navigate complexity, and lead sustainably, Jacquelyn integrates adaptive leadership, systems thinking, and reflective practice to help leaders move forward with greater wisdom and intention.
She believes that clarity precedes strategy and that sustainable leadership begins with honest reflection. The quality of a leader's decisions is shaped by the quality of the conversations they are willing to have with others and with themselves.
